Convert jQuery 1.10.1 to jQuery Mobile Structure

I would like to know if it is possible to change the codes under http: //jsfiddle.net/t5Hxk/5/ , which is written in jQuery 1.10.1 into a jQuery mobile code?

Sorry for the really stupid question, but I am really desperate to get the features under that fiddle file up in JQM format. And I have absolutely zero programming background.

Would really appreciate any forms of help / tips as I really can't proceed in working on my project.....
